Tom, its been a while.
Do you have any idea where which uni your going to? The first year for Mechanical engineering and motorsport is the same. Beware; there is alot of maths involved!
You still got your compressor etc? Just had an impulse thought to spray my mini.

Yea Im really enjoying it, there are alot more hours than other courses though. I think I do about 20 hours a week at the moment whereas my English student housemates have about 7 hours a week. Its all good fun though. You (well) I did get to use the workshop facitilities etc which is handy. Having lathes and mills to play around with is handy for our conversions. Anyway I've scrapped the idea of spraying the mini at the moment. I forgot I have no money for paint and I have exams in January. I think you'll really enjoy it though.

Well not much to update on this really, ill be making an order for the rest of the bits to finish off my engine very soon.
But i did order myself a megajolt unit from America with the hard rev limiter and a cable. Hopefully i wont get stung to bad with the import taxes.
Iv also just won some wind deflectors off ebay for a score so im happy with that.
Hopefully ill be able to get some bits to build up my engine next week, but im not sure ill ill be able to source parts locally so might have to order them in...
