10amps is up to the job of the fans and charging, the no charge time from the panel will be picked up for the fans ok

Where are you seeing 10A?

All it says is:

Maximum power voltage: 18.5V
Maximum power current: 2.16A
Open circuit voltage: 21.5V
Short circuit current: 2.4A
Power allowance range: +/-5%

I was thinking if I can get 1.5 amps out of it for let's say six hours a day, that'll power the fans for the six hours and give the battery six, 1Ah worth of charge which will last tweleve hours.

Have I got that theory correct or is my understanding complete and utter rubbish and I should stick to playing with hammers and blunt things?

Obviously if that theory is correct then I'll have to go for a larger solar panel as that output won't be suffice and I'll still be required to recharge the battery say every two weeks or so

Ah, no worries! What do you think about the rest of the thoughts I mentioned?
