As Dklawson says I'd take the car back to the garage. Be prepared to pay something(even for replacement parts and machine work)

If it's not right why not just take it back to the garage that undertook the work and explain the problem to see if they can rectify it?
I would take it back to the garage as suggested. Explain what is wrong and where in the RPM range the vibration is... and that it was not there before. I would NOT be confrontational. Not all pressure plates need balancing and I would bet that they did not include balancing in their quote or the work that was done. For some charge I'm sure they will agree to remove the clutch components again (possible along with the flywheel) so they can be balanced as a subassembly by a machine shop and then refitted. You can expect the machine shop to charge you for the balancing itself. Do not expect the garage to absorb that price.
Again, I would not totally fault the garage but I would approach them and be prepared to work with them towards a compromise resolution.
Thanks for the advice it has prove helpful peeps. I don't think he wants to take it back as they weren't helpful at all to be honest they didn't do up the bottom steady bar very tight, the fuel tank was ran to empty and when they fitted the wrong pressure plate it wasn't until I corrected them they tried to convince him that the ecu needed replacing so they not very clued up to be fair in my opinion. I think I will attempt to remove the clutch and if it looks ok ask him to get the pressure plate balanced and go from there. He actually told me the garage charged him £200 for the clutch kit

Beware when renewing the spi verto clutch, pressure plate and tapered boss needs the correct location and the proper torque, pressure plate bolts (usually supplied with the kit) needs thread lock and have to be tightened to 45 lbsft.
Take it back asap
Its unsafe to drive a car with a vibrating flywheel clutch assembly

yes the clutch needs to be balanced as an assembly, and it is recommended to be done if you fit a 3 part clutch kit. rover used to sell a complete assembly that you just bolted on to solve the issue for dealers

would balancing a clutch kit apply to a MK 2 68 s too ? Just that I have never heard of this !
No/ You have a preverto clutch.

When I have engines balanced I take all the parts to the machine shop, including the clutch and pressure plate. The shop will build up the assembly one step at a time and balance at each step. The last Triumph clutch assembly I had balanced came back with a lot of material carefully sculpted away from parts of the pressure plate flange.
Basically... yes. If you want a balanced assembly take in all the rotating components so the machine shop can address each part.

I do the same.
But if it's a routine replacement, unless it's something quite special, I don't bother.

But the reason I asked about the balancing is that on tick over and throughout the rev range there is a slight but noticeable hard vibration in the car as if the engine is bolted directly to the car which makes me think engine mountings, there is no torque movement in the engine when I blip the revs so that's when I wondered if it could be the clutch.
I've only had the car a couple of months so looks like I'll need to do a bit more investigating !
