Luigi have you received the arches from custom minis?

Do they fit nicely?

Hi Andrea - the moulds that custom mini has for these big arches was not great so they will need some work to get them perfect but the smaller arches might have a better mould. Will get pictures once they are on

A few small updates today. The car is very dirty as it has been stored in a dusty garage.

 

​Here you can see the swirl pot is plumbed in now and just waiting for a bracket to mount it properly:

 

 

Then it was popped over to an alignment ramp which we hired for 4 hours to try and ensure the subframe aligned with a rather large amount of table 3 washers to get the rear arms in the right place. The previous owner had misaligned the car very poorly so it wasn't handling very nicely:

 

 

 

The rear wildwood caliper's seeing light for the first time (which still are not connected):

 

 

And the closest we could get it this time round, not perfect but much better than before. Anyone who has done a geo on a zcar mini will know that adjustments on rear mean removing the rear arms in most cases!:
