Can anyone think of any ways to get rid of this ball and bush design Citroen gear selector, it's horrific and there has to be a better way.
Want to remove the ball and bush but cannot think of other ways I can get it to move on all rotations to select all gears.
Any help or ideas appreciated.

First you need to see just how much movement you need.

Then you could rose joint it. But you need to know the articulation needed.

Was thinking rose joint but was unsure if it would work, never really used them so abit under experienced with them.
How can I measure the articulation needed.
