how can a color be illegal? is it even possible to 'outlaw' a color?

I think it was more of a copywrite issue. But as long as your not trying to sell it on as a genuine Gulf mini then I can't see a prob. I remeber many moons ago there was a Smartie mini, but smarties wouldn't give the owner permission to put the S on the end. Misserable gets
The only grey area might be the use of the Gulf logo, but as for the colours scheme, can't see a prob.
