Bought a mini city 1989 from these guys a month ago, looks like that warranty might be worthless.
 
Nice chaps, decided to go with them for peace of mind as this is the first classic mini I have purchased!

If someone buys it as a going concern I would think the warranty will still be OK, in any case putting a business up for sale doesn't mean it will be sold!

It's not like it going to be bought quickly, most business sales take a long time. You should be fine.

had a bad experience with these guys myself, used to think it was a sad state of affairs all the cars that were left out at the back of the yard rusting away.

hopefully a new owner can get them at the right price and hopefully there will be a whole load more minis back on the road.

But looking at some of the prices they were asking for the cars they are probably going to ask allot for the business.
