County pistons are manufactured in Taiwan and being suspicious when Oselli Engineering supplied them with our re-bored 1293cc block, I did a bit of a trawl around the web. The general consensus appears to indicate that they're fit for purpose. Time will tell, but as we don't envisage revving beyond 5,500rpm, I don't imagine they'll be heavily stressed.

They seem to be ok in standard engines, the biggest issue with cheaper pistons is that if you run in to detonation they will fail, hence why I like Omega's as they are very resilient to any failures in the ignition system.
