After driving the car around for couple of days I have now decided that maybe my current air filter is really not that bad. Car is as fun to drive as ever with a nice induction sound too so maybe its best left as is for the moment. When it does get replaced I will probably go for the ITG filter, if funds allow.

Been on the look out for a second hand ITG filter on eBay. Managed to buy one in a good used condition. It's very large and just managed to squeeze it in the engine bay. The car feels more responsive and the induction sound is better but still not overly loud. Happy days.
