Looking at the pictures you will need full inner sills to first flute, more than likely heelboard ends as i can see rust forming there, possibly companion bins. Now the next hit will be the quarter panels as i can quite clearly see rust there in the seam where it attaches to the outer sills. You can buy lower section repair panels for the quarter panel instead of a full panel. However it pays to have a good look inside the boot at the rear of the panel and also below the side window. Any rust there then change the whole quarter.
Also to add to the list the rear inner arch closeout panel is toast along with the inner sill stiffener.
