Any damage on test drive if they where driving.
Is automatically they bought the car. For your asking price. Any valuation should be in scrap value. That car is wrecked. That's my rules / Thoughts.

I don't know which is worse front or side impact, personally since I'm still suffering nearly three years on I know the answer...
