Hi guys, probably a basic question but on the mini GAZ back suspension has springs round but the front does not :S (Pic of front below)

 

Can anyone give me a quick explanation of what this means e.g Does this mean I cannot alter ride height on the front but can on rear? Why would you do this? etc

If it has HiLos fitted you can also adjust the front heigh.
