get yourself a new buold half block from mini spares £1100 with 300 surcharge makes it 900 for a new block bargain in my eyes either 1275cc 1293cc 1310cc or 1380

Aren't the 1380's offset bored? Can you do that if it's already out to 1360?

My 1360 will be offet bored too. If its already been bored offset then surely they can just pick up the existing cylinder centres and bore on centre line

Ive had a look at this it seams a great deal but unsure on if you just exchange your short engine for it or if they want your gbox, head flywheel clutch aswell?

Magneto is on the money here.

You don't need to off-set bore to go to 1360 (which I actually suspect is really only a 1330) unless this was specified from the very first over-bore, which wouldn't be a normal machining operation.

I'm sure you'd be looking at sleeves, like it or not.

The reason I asked that question is I have a 60 over 1275 block that needs to be bored again, and my engine machinist said it would have to be sleeved, and then it could not be bored that far out again as the sleeve would be too thin.
