Hello,

I was wondering if anyone new of any Mini owners clubs in the Suffolk or Essex area. I ask for info on both counties as I live on the Suffolk/Essex boarder.

I have just bought my latest Mini after 12 years of not having one, a long and barren 12 years it has been, but now I am back behind the wheel of one of these little gems again, the joy has come back into motoring, and I am now looking for a friendly local club to join.

Any suggestion gratefully received.

Welcome, Kev...
East Coast Mini Club is in your area... they split their meetings between Ipswich and Braintree, and occasionally meet elsewhere. They're mostly Binis, but still do have quite a few Minis mixed in.... and a few of the members have both.

There's also Saffron Walden MOC, a couple down Southend way, one in Bury St. Edmunds, probably a few more I don't know about... check the magazines, google 'Mini', ask around, and maybe go to the show this weekend at Stanford Hall, at the A14/M1/M6 junction.
