Get it on the road, enjoy it, then gives you an idea of what s needed and what direction you want to go.
Got my 850 in March, had been off the road for 12 years. A couple of new tyres, service and adjusted the brakes got an MOT and a Summer of driving it.

yes, agree with others , just get it back on road ASAP , so many restoration projects stop as its a BIG job to do at home , wish mine looked like yours , but i had to go for full restoration :
