Right, this is dead cheeky, but if someone with an R1 engine wouldn't mind taking a few dimensions of the engine, such as hight, width, depth and measurements for the sproket i would be greatful. A friend of mine has asked me to help him home grow and R1 mini
What am I getting into? I have a feeling this will be horrible, but hopefully i can scare him out of it

hi sorry cant help with measurements as i have not got my engine here but the best way to go is to get the engine first and go from thereRight, this is dead cheeky, but if someone with an R1 engine wouldn't mind taking a few dimensions of the engine, such as hight, width, depth and measurements for the sproket i would be greatful. Andy,

I did think about bugging one of the R1 engine guys, but I belived it would be better to put up a post than upset folks with silly questions. I have told my friend to buy an engine and take it from there, but he is a cheap skate..... such is life, now i can get back to fixing my pickup.....
