rust proofed and zinc primered seam sealed and blasted them colour coded raptor stone chip

i painted under the load deck before i fitted the floor panel in, i though would be hard to reach with the spray gun later

The roof had already been red oxided but the were patches of rust showing through so i took it back to the metal and i treated with rust proof and zinc primer and inside too

now for  the catty 3 or 4 skims and then a coat for primer

i gave it a dust coat and flattened it back to reveal all the bumps and dents

then 4 coats with the gun ,on the home straight now

Subframes in, slight problem with the rear, all bolts lined up great except one. the rear/rear bolt was 2mm out of line, i had to cut the floor and nudge the captive plate over.
