hey people
im chris, i live in sw london as u can tell by my user name i have a dream.to create a skyline powered mini/mini van. i am new the the mini world and hope to learn alot from the members of this site.

Anything’s possible but I would guess your project will cost at least 50k.
If I were you I would look in to a Vauxhall Turbo C20LET engine or a Honda Vtec engine with a bolt on turbo kit.
Parts are all already around for these conversions and you could see 400bhp+ with a bit of tuning.
I’m attempting to go the vtec route my self but got to find a solid mini first ?!?
As for the 4x4 fair play to you if you pull it off that would be cool but this is major work.
From reading other posts on this site I’ve heard about people using a variety off different ways to make there mini 4x4.
I would think one of the best 4x4 running gears for the job would be from a Justy as the corsa and nova nutters use these but only a guess.
