Got it fired up for the first time! Good news it hasn't burnt to the ground!
Had it on for 2 hours and the bodywork doesn't get hot and neither does the worktop, so I class that as a success!

Still need a couple of wheels and a bumper to finish it off but I'm happy with it!

Haha unfortunately not, I only did a couple of sausages on it, was more to test if it was going to burn down more than anything

Don't use the front end though or you'll end up with 'mini back' through bending down under the bonnet :shy:

i think i'd put it on bonet pins and take the bonnet off, wouldnt want to try and bend down !
