Am I being a bit dim?  What's the strobe all about?  Is that for racing?

The strobe module is purely to get peoples attention.

With so many people glued to their phones even in my rather hard to miss daily people where still getting close to running into the back of me. I'd like to avoid that in a car that has taken me over eleven years to restore.

It flashes 3 times rapidly, then 3 times slower and then stays on. It will repeat this every time you press the brake pedal.

Thanks,
Ian

That does sound interesting, I doubt I'd be able to fit in an estate though?

If I use cadence braking do they flash six times every time?

Do you get any reflection from the brake light into the inside of the rear window?

Only a little bit, it doesn't light up the inside of the cabin if thats what you mean..?

But Iv only used it in daylight at the moment, if I remember, I'll go out tonight and see what happens...

What I was wondering was, does it stop you from seeing out of the rear window in the dark when it's in use?
