Im thinking of moving my numberplate onto my grill, but how much will this affect the airflow/cooling of the engine?
Cheers, Tom

Not quite sure on the legal requirements for holding the number plate in place, if indeed there are any... I expect actually if you're that way inclined you could probably make yourself a couple of brackets to hold it on. Would just need a long enough bolt to go from the front side of the number plate to behind the grille, then a bit of metal the engine side of the grille to hold it in place. Might rattle though... might bend the grille too, it's not particularly solid... I'll let someone else figure it out!!

Why would it go across yellow?yeah it doesnt look great close up but you cant see if you use the same colour tie and it runs down the letter say a number 1 if it was a 2 and the tie went across some yellow it would look bad. but yeah it should only be a temp fixing till you manufacture somethig better
Front plate is white
Pop some allen head bolts through it and bolt behind some flat ally bar which you can get from B&Q for about £2-3 for a metre.
