My mini is mechanically sound but the bodywork is a mess. I'd love to get it through an MOT.
Can you recommend anyone localish to carry out the work. I'm not expecting a show car Id just like it back on the road so I can have some fun driving it.
I bought a mig welder but I dont have the time skill of patience to do it myself.
Is £500-£600 realistic to get this roadworthy?
I already have some magnum front floor panels.
I believe my mini needs new inner and outer sills both sides. Drivers door step. Door hinge pillar.
Here are some pics https://photos.app.g...0Gp0aeWmYYnrTo2
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
It's a mini city but its had a 1275 put in, kent cam, hif 44, high lo suspension, powerflo exhaust and minilite wheels.

In a word no, a lot of work there so do it right the first time rather than getting it slapped together only to redo it again in the not too distant future.

Try Ricky at AWS (advanced welding services) in Knottingley, west yorkshire. Looks like his contact number is 07788597575
Its been over 12 years since i lived down there, but he did great work for me on a budget in the past. Knows minis inside out aswell as many other classics. You can tell him Jordon who used to live in townville next door to cliff howe sent you, if he remembers that far back.
