have you tried disconnecting the battery, unplug the ecu and push the plug in again,reconnect battery.this worked on mine when the pump would not prime

 

re sync your fob

Not sure what you mean by push the plug? The battery has been disconnect all week but I haven't disconnected the ecu since

This happened on mine after rebuild. Turned out to be a relay/connection up near the wiper motor. Can't remember which, but fired up first crack after sorting.
