depends what floats your boat.....u can do the arches and wheels thing for the aggressive stance and looks, u can play with the engine and leave it looking like that, street sleeper-ish, u could go crazy if u wanted to but u have to give us a clue on what u like.

some mini fans hate bodykitted mini's, others love them etc etc

a mini is like your own personal canvas of yourself, it reflects the owner in a way.

take mine in the picture for example.....ive got a whole retro thing going on at the mo, so the car reflects that, revolution wheels, retro interior etc etc.

the world is your oyster when it comes to your mini.....u can do whatever u want and as long as u like it, who cares!

Nice point dude, thanks for the help lol.

I am thinking of keepin the outside the same other than arches and alloys but messin around under the bonet.

As i am very new to this any helpo on building or improveing my engine would be a great help, also average pricers (i know things can change) would be a big help too.

thanks.

nice looking car to start on buddy. I've jsut started tinkering with mine, amazed at how much cheaper it is to buy bits for a mini than any other car, they're great! Eg. i got my second hand 12x5 revolutions with good tyres for £120 and theyr in great condition. I't's all about shopping around, i found an identical set the day before I found mine for £250. Good luck with your's.

I like your car its a good place to start. my first mini was a green mini city e, I was hooked after that :- Now I have a paul smith and its like I was a kid again.

What ever you do to your mini remember its yours and love it.

ive got one u can have, its black an dished, its an astrali one, pretty good nick, might need a couple of stiches in the leather, ill see if i can find a pic, u can have it for free, just pay postage!

as for your engine upgrades, brightwork, wheels etc try sites like.....

minispares, minispeed, morspeed, huddersfield spares, min-its, minisport etc etc

they are all eaasily found on google, or links may be on here

Ebay is big for mini's, i buy loads of ebay as u can get some bargains, just dont buy a car or engine off ebay as there have been bad reports etc

heres the steering wheel.....
