Fingers crossed for the owners, both are very noticeable.

Hook up a taser to them as a anti theft device lol but hope the owner got their car back, I would hate if my car got stolen.

I saw on face book that the pickup had been found last month, It was found on a farm with other stolen vehicles all left outside. Only damage was the door locks.

Any publicity would be good, Richie.

Its black, with a yellow fuel tank.

Stolen from near Evesham, Worcs.

Thanks for the sympathy, guys.

I don't want to milk it, but my RSP was taken at the same time.

Racing green/White

The Police refused to come out to investigate; I am a little upset at their lack of effort. They had 8 officers manning a mobile camera a few villages away-who sat in a cafe while the camera did the work.I do wonder what I get for my Council Tax money-the Bin men never say its too much trouble and we need to prioritise our rubbish collection.

The police are useless, if you want them to do
something you have to incentivise them. I would start with contacting the local papers, pictures of the cars and you with a sad face with a story of how the police wouldn't even come out would be a good start.

The incentive I last used was to telling them you have caught the thief and you are just about to shoot the thieving git...

I did it with 3 rumanians nicking scrap...2 police cars there in little time.

Then the police had the cheek to ring me to see if I wanted him to pay me the value of the scrap instead of going to court...ridiculous.

2 hours to attend a house when the the burglars were still in the house...a 3 minute walk from the police station.

Even in court, with cast iron DNA evidence (blood from a cut) some criminals who broke into a garage near me were set free.

I had a heated conversation this morning with a Policeman who had been tasked with trying to reassure me. They did not even know where I lived. He thought my cars were MINIS. He kept blathering on about "cuts" and "prioritising". Having been a Teacher for 39 years, that attitude would not wash in my job. It is so pathetic to give up without even trying. We had to agree to disagree.

He said Forensics would have been lost because of the weather; I pointed out my Racing Green was still there and would it not have been an idea to check the door handle for prints immediately, preferably BEFORE evidence was lost?

Next year's 3% rise in Policing in my Council Tax for absolutely no service is rubbing salt into the wounds.

Having been Stopped and Searched as a student walking back after pulling a late overtime shift, pulled over THREE times ("Allegros are often driven by criminals, sir"), ("We often find Metros have no MOT, sir, but this is the best maintained car we have seen for a long time") ( Metro again-" We could not see your Licence"-who could-they were behind me.

I can only conclude our brothers in blue are after after crime that is easily solved.

We are on our own.
