Do I need to keep the rubber cone and strut if I were to put coilovers on?

Thanks guys, now how do I buy them without the wife finding out as we are in the process of moving house, just across the street, and is complaining that I am spending all my money on Rab. I'll just add it to the mortgage :gimme:
