Small socket and G clamp. Socket over the the head of the pin and then use the G clamp to force the pin through.
i know that this is an old post but i just wanted to reply for the benefit of anyone else having this problem that this is the best way to get the pin out if its all rusted up. a little penetrating fluid plus a g-clamp and socket.
no need to damage the pin. just clean it up and you can reuse it.
