A dremel will quickly sort the valves hitting the block.
Although it's never something I'd do in situ, I've heard of people doing it when fitting a 940 head.
Keeping the bores clean would be my biggest concern.

Right I found the old valves that the machine shop had swapped out and the new ones are bigger so Ive spoken to them and they are going to sort it and put the correct ones in 👍🏻

Just be sure new seats are fitted otherwise they'll end up quite recessed in the head and performance will suffer.
