That looks stunning, are you just having a chrome trim on the wheel arches?

Thanks its nice to get peoples feed back..yes i'm just going with single arch trim as apposed to the deluxe version..found this much easier to fit..

Thats excellent, I couldn't quite make it out on the photos.  I think no arches and chrome trim looks awesome a mini, i've always tried to avoid arches where I can get away without them.

Been a while but making progress ish...had a weeping calliper so had to strip and discovered a slither of metal behind inner seal !..also my rad decided it wanted to leak..so wipped it out and replaced...and gave the van a small ride to work to have a look at the geometry set up...

hadn't noticed before just how nicely the wheels tie in with the roof

clutch flexi is looking a bit tight ?

is that another mini peeking out from behind the curtain in the background ?

Nice to see it in another environment and how the colour changes around different structures...as for the clutch pipe I agree in the pic it does look tight but its bending away which you cant see at this angle...Story about the mini behind is a project taken on by graduates to learn how to restore a classic car in there spare time

any issues with front & rear alignments or was it all pretty square to start with ?

what's the normal setup with the rear hinges - i'm assuming brass balls are an upgrade (..unless it's some kind of personal statement  :ohno: )

@KTS Alignment went ok and pretty square  to start with ..had to make a couple of tweaks main issue I had was camber ..nowhere near enough so I have some on car adjustable ones to fit to sort that..Hinges are a busy set up considering..the brass ball is part of the new pin kit..most tend to paint the whole hinge body colour including bolts but I wanted to keep all components onatural much nicer to look at..

What a stunning van!  I'm just looking to have one fitted with the Ecoboost engine.  Whats the paint colour you've used?
