I did a search but only found this: http://www.theminifo...rear windscreen

And the elements seem to be ok, and it's only the middle 'line' that works...

The elements are 'patchy', ie they are dark and light in a random fashion all over, but still the middle line works great :w00t:

So should I consider getting a brand new window (£45 delivered) or could it be a problem elsewhere??

Many thanks,

Joe :proud:

If one line works that you are getting power to it.

Sounds like a new screen is the best option.

If you've not changed a window before then a tool for putting the filler strip in the window seal is a must, it may be worth considerinng a new strip if the old one is old and not to pliable.

if you can find the break/breaks you can get a touch up pen to complete the circuit :proud:

Yeah I was gonna get a silver-pen if I could see any definite breaks in the lines, but I cant!

So is it possible that there may be a bad connection somewhere else (i.e, will a brand new one work once connected??) or is it just co-incidence that all the lines (apart from the middle!) are knackered??

I might get a silver pen then draw right along it and if it still doesnt work then i'll get a new window!

Thanks for the feedback!
