What are these and why are they there? Weld them up or stick a grommet in them?

As above.

Unless you have rust around them that you want to repair they may as well stay.

They have started to rust... creeping under the paint. I've now got the rest of the underside of the boot floor back to bare metal, I wondered if it were better to remove them and really sort any hidden rust. They look good in the picture, but the rust is lurking and I figure it's only going to get worse. ??

I’ve got mine from original floor, they all came out well with what looks like sealant holding them in. It’s a fairly tidy job for factory fit. What would they be sealed in with? It’s been painted over and seems to adhere pretty well

I welded all of them up. But then the windows still leaked even with new seals so ended up drilling holes again to let the water out. Doh.

The holes were made during manufacturing to allow the chemical to drain out during the rotodipping process hence why the plugs are fixed permanently

Anyone got a link for the replacements? All I get on Minispares are grommets.

Opps, unless it's these...
