Hi all. Ive been around here for a while, but ive only just registered so im introducing meself. At the moment im driving an '89 racing green that ive restored over a year or so up until i got it on the road in june. Current projects are a 1980 mini saloon and a 1978 clubby estate with a 1275, ported and polished MG spec head (unleaded one, with the big valves) and a stage one kit. Been into minis for ages, wanted one since i was about 11. Thats my excuse for having 3, making up for lost time

The playmini exhaust has now been replaced by a twin box rc 40. The clubby in the first pic used to be owned by my dad before i was born, and after living down south for a while, has come back to stoke and is owned by a lad who works across the road from my house. And very nice it is too.
Here is a pic of my estate, and the one next to it is my mini 1000.

Thankyou all for the warm welcome. The racing green will be my transport for the shows at the moment, but once i get my estate on the road ill take that, you can fit more 'bargains' in an estate.

When my dad owned it it was just a 1000cc clubby. Its since been upgraded to become a gt lookalike. Its got disks now and a stage one, im not sure what engine is in it but it seems to accelerate well enough.
