Hello all.
I am in the process of fitting a Saxo VTR dashboard into my mini. I am going to use the saxo switches, but i figure I will have problems when it comes to the wiring differences.
I have not yet taken delivery of the switches (i will go for them this morning).
I have looked at the haynes and the workshop guide on the TMF cd, but the wiring diagrams are hard to understand. I am looking for a diagram of each switch with named/key coded wires so i can figure out which i need to attach on the saxo switches.
If anyone can help, that would be great. Chow for now.

Best thing is if you could get a clear photo of both the front and back of the switch panel and then post them up, so we can work out which wire goes where.

the two top terminals on hazard switch are like an on/off for you're indicators so u cant use both at the same time!! just takes power in and thru to the indicator switch!!
the bottom four!! 1 of them is the signal in from the hazard unit, the other 3 are light bulbs, green/white is right side, green red is left side and i think its green pink for the hazard switch light!!! as for diagrams err!! what are you trying to do with it!! replace with a single switch??

usually with hazard switches if the hazard relay is ok and the fuse hasnt gone (interior light works on same fuse!! behind carb!!) then the switch will be in need of a clean!! its not too hard to get them apart if you're feeling adventurous!!

Here are the saxo switches for rear heater and hazards.
Dont know how i am going to do the headlights yet.
Sorry about quality, no batteries left or good light.
Rear heater
As you can see, 5 prongs on that one.
Hazards
This has 8 prongs.
Both should illuminate as far as i know.
I am going to join a saxo forum and see if anyone has a diagram for which prong is what.

Right ive got the heated window switch wiring diagram. Can anyone work it out?
Turning the heater switch on its side. the pins line up with the lower 1 3 5 6 7 section.
I rekon, 6 is a postive wire for the light
7 is a earth
1 is not needed
3 also not needed
5 is a postive wire
I rekon the 1 and 3 are some sort of 2nd switch to do with the air con if fitted, so i can bypass these. anyone like to comment?
