They're fitted to cars with factory o/e air-con which were predominantly the JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) export cars. It could be that if a car was sold in the UK with o/e air-con this may have been the sticker that was used. I think it's a legislative requirement because it gives details regarding the gas used.
