Not gonna lie I haven’t used them for a while as I find the postage costs expensive and delivery speed slow.

Unless it’s something I need to ensure is of the higher quality I usually visit e bay now and haven’t had any issue with parts quality, prices are low and delivery is usually with in a few days.

My experience with standard speed delivery being in Portugal:
They have been faster processing orders, usually took 2/3 days, nowadays a week;
DHL took another 2/3 days, nowadays a week too.
Postage cost of 16.50 pounds+VAT is very good, despite announcing it up to 25 kilos and in reality never been above 17 kilos.
Overall pleased to deal with them (the TMF+ discount helps) and are (even located overseas) my main parts supplier (don't know if that will change after BREXIT).

I only order if I can't buy from my other main supplier. Last order was collected from Minispares by DHL/DPD 3 days after the email said it was dispatched.

I have to say things are not the same as they were. I buy a pretty substantial amount from them each month and it used to be I would put my order in Sunday evening (online) as I'm in the states, That way they'd have it first thing Monday morning. I would get an "order Received" email Monday, and "order filled" email later Monday, and later yet an "order despatched" email from DHL. Most of the time I could count on having parts on my doorstep Wed noon, sometimes Thursday.

Lately, well....it just hasn't been working out that way.....

Seems like it started around Xmas time.....I'd put my order in as usual and I would get the automated order received email on Monday, but it might be 3 days to a week before I got the order filled reply. Then it seems to take another 3 days or more for DHL to pick up. One order got delayed in customs for 3 days - no one's fault there of course but that was an unusual occurrence, usually things just flow right thru. Once in DHL's hands things seem to go pretty smoothly but it depends on when the order gets into their control - weekends and holidays can slow things down considerably.

Bottom line, it's sure not like it used to be, and with Brexit looming, I'm really starting to get concerned. It seems like more and more they're out of stock on what I consider common items, and some items I've had on my watch list for 2 years or more.

Hope it gets better but I'm not convinced it will......
