I fitted one of the later injection mini inertia switches to mine. Have not had it trip out yet. It has an output wire on it so when it trips it can light up a warning light. I connected this to the spare yellow bulb on centre speedo.
If it trips Ill pull over quick as Ill probably mistake it for oil light :)
good idea! I'll get a switch with both a normally open and normally closed contact. that way if it trips, i can wire it to a cheap 12v buzzer that i put in the car and I will know to pull over.
