I got one from somerford when I accidently cut through one...
Probably possible to make your own with the right tools (I've just remade my break lines)

I made lines for the Traveller MPi transplant we did. I used "cunifer" tubes, a copper nickel alloy that bends relatively easy. It may be called something else in the UK. You will have to borrow or rent a tool to create the proper end.
