One good thing about the scissor type you can keep the rubber boots in good condition as they don’t touch them.

Sykes Pickavant scissors type is still the best.

One good thing about the scissor type you can keep the rubber boots in good condition as they don’t touch them.


Will be good for the future, but now the car has been off the road over 10 years every bit of rubber is brittle and perished so every bit of rubber and ball joint/rod end or bush is getting replaced.

Scissor type definitely! First I used the fork type but soon binned it!
