I tend to fit the EN24 Flanges from Mini Spares these days and found them good.

 

I've seen the washers from KAD but haven't yet had any to sus out.

I had the same thing happen to the tapered washer on my car, I replaced them with the machined ones from KAD.

I've not seen those before I don't really get how they work without the split though?

 

They fit tighter on the cv axle end than the split type. I haven't had any issues with them. From KAD's site; KAD own design CV Taper Washer.

We have made them without the split, this stops them from closing up under cornering pressure and momentarily loosening the wheel bearing.

We have tested them over the last few years with great success!
