Does Anybody Know About Samsung Side By Side Fridge Freezers?

I am hoping somebody could help. I inherited this rather large Samsung side by side 2011 fridge freezer.
All was working well when it went into my garage. Now after say 10-12 months I plug it in, in my house and the condenser fan does not want to work so it over heats.
On the main panel it says I have a condenser fan issue. However when I turned on off etc there is no 12V feed to the fan itself nor any of the fridge side 12V feeds, only the lights and deoderiser. Fan spins great even tested with a car battery and it works well (Only on the red wire) it doesn't work on the yellow (Should it?)
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you.

When you moved it from your garage into your house did you have it on its side at all? Ie: did you leave it for a min of 4hrs before turning it on? I only ask because especially samsung kit they need to be left to let the gas settle as they just won't work if you don't let them settle before turning them back on and we pick up plenty of all brands that people have broken by forgetting this. Hope this helps

Yeah, I have little good to say about my Samsung either - I've had problems with fan failure on the fridge side, the coil icing over and stopping the fan, the ice maker works when it wants too, the switch that chooses between ice and water thru the door sticks, the filters are stupid expensive and on and on. I'll never buy another Samsung anything....

Loads of threads on Google try using 'samsung fridge no 12V feed to the fan' if you have not already. I seem to remember you can do a reset on them?

For the price the Samsung units don't seem to last.
