Check complete timing again. Pulley on "0" BTC, spark plugs taken out and piston 1 on its highest position( check that with a screw driver stuck in the spark plug hole and slightly moving pulley back and forwards), rockers of first cylinder both open (nearest to thermostat) rockers of 4th cylinder cutting, gap on the flywheel at the hole of the crank sender, dizzy like shown in the picture of xrocketengineer. Report after that and don`t forget the rotor.

If you have a spark and it won't even kick when you spray directly into throttle body than it means either the spark is at the wrong time or its not big enough.
Was the dizzy cap damaged or removed in the crash or engine transplant. Correct rotor and carbon and spring present?

I got a new coil from the show earlier and it fired up first try. Not sure what was wrong with it as i was getting a good spark but at least it's sorted now :)

Sometimes a spark is not a spark. I guess that your engine had an "out of body experience" and would not restart.
