So firstly has anyone any ideas on why the low oil pressure light has been coming on? I started it from cold this morning and it came on when I reved the engine to about 1500rpm - so I stopped and it went out. After 5 mins (with the light out) I drove to work in it (about 9 miles) and it came on again whenever I accelerated and then went back out again when I held it at a constant speed. By the time I had got to work it had stopped coming on altogether! Any ideas on what I need to do?
Secondly - If I'm trying to make sure it's going to be as reliable as possible what are the things I should be checking to start with?
