It will work, but I would personally just use a pipe and a jar for the clutch, its easy enough to do with a helper in the drivers seat. Eezibleed's are quite handy though if you're on your own.

I always use the jam jar and pipe method. Much less hassle.

Another thing to check is to pull back the rubber seal on the slave cylinder. It should be completely dry inside. If wet, then the slave cylinder seals are leaking fluid and the cylinder will need replacing.

Thought just thank you for all your advice, after much time bleeding and investigation, worked out the section between the master cyclinder and slave cylinder has Corroded, it was damp with fluid and after asking someone to push it through from he clutch ; - bingo , obvious leak. It’s in the garage so I’ll get that replaced . All the above thought put me on the right line so thanks again . Although I keep the mini covered , I think I need to find one of those engine covers that I’ve seen on some , just to try and keep the engine as dry as possible .

Glad you have found the fault, make sure you wash down any paintwork that has brake fluid on as it will strip the paint. (If its been sat you may find it needs a bit of paintwork in that area, but as its under the bonnet its not the end of the world.
