Ok,any idea of the standard sizes of the bore and crank journals,can check them myself,no probs,just need to know sizes.

Not sure if you found a machine shop, I did suggest Bromsgrove Engine Services a couple of posts back, and guess what they’re featured on Car SOS on the Mini Cooper S rebuild, that’s a recommendation if ever there was one.
