The Spotlights and fog lights on my 2000 cooper sport MPi, are they sealed units?
One of them had been smashed by a stone. So need to replace either the glass or the unit.

Evening everyone. Question.
The Spotlights and fog lights on my 2000 cooper sport MPi, are they sealed units?

No they aren't sealed if they are the correct original type lamps.
you remove the lens to replace the bulb.
I'm not sure if new lenses are available but picking up a used one should be possible.
Alternativrly you can buy a replacement new compete lamp for around £60
