Correct Torque Setting For Final Drive Gear

Im a little confused.. Been building cross pin diff today and when checking torque settings for final drive gear to casing Metro A+ manual states 48lbf and older manual for mini states 60lbf? Anyone know if there is a reason for this? different bolt type or material for housing?

There was different bolts used and it relates to them (as touched on in that thread).

 

I have some photos (somewhere !) to identify them. I'll get them up as some point.
