It’s a verto one so not sure what adjustments are required? Will check arm for wear .

The inner of the two throw out nuts should have a gap of 6.5mm
Cal, is that 6.5mm only for the Verto ? I set my pre-Verto with a 1/8" Drill Bit...
Yes, the inner flange nut that controls the throw needs set to 6.5mm between that and the wok contact face.

Try taking the pipe off the top of the master cylinder and putting a blead nippe on it and bleading the master cylinder.. that will show if the seals knackered...

Ok. Think it’s solved. I’ve replaced the master cylinder. And all components to slave including mechanical parts.

Just been for a test run and seems all ok. It’s about to rain so will try again tomorrow. Fingers crossed it was the master cylinder or the copper pipe from that to the flex letting air in.
