Searching on ebay for "Philips R660" there's a couple of Rover branded units from the same seller substantially cheaper.

I'm pretty sure the Mini logo is printed directly onto the cassette flap and is not a sticker ...

Yeah, looking at things more closely it appears to be printed/etched onto the flap.

OK, then just get a plastic/black anodized plaque made up at any local engraving shop and stick it on if etched logos are your thing.
