its probobly been covered but how is the gear linkage & clutch sorted out, pm if its been said on this thread already, cheers, super nice project, i personally think its nicer than a mini with a bike rear engine, its in the right place in the front of a mini & good update dfor a fun fast-road/track car

Thay are as equal in length as i could get them +- 1,5 inch, the stock R1 manifold is not equal in length either .The bore is 1mm larger than stock R1 , to compensate for all the bends.

the bore out of the collector is 3" , stock R1 is about 2.5".
I made it bigger because it dumps right into a 90 deg bend and wiggels under the car with some more bends ,so i am thinking it would maintain good flow at 3" diameter.BIGGER is better  (not?)

im assuming that was partly a question in which cast it depends, however bendy a bike exhaust is do u see them with 3" diameter pipe? as far as i know the ig bore exhaut pipe will hurt low to mid range torque but u mite get a couple bhp more at top end! i think for a 1300 mini ideal pipe diameter is 1 7/8" but being as urs is bike powered i dont know how much this all changes!!
