Okay today I won't have time and seems like later today we will be placed under lockdown again most probably...
So this will stall out for a while most probably.
I also found the hub is hard to rotate by hand even with the nut off, so next time I get there I will be taking the caliper off (to eliminate a dragging pad) and if that doesn't help take out the driveshaft.
If it then still binds I will have to assume a wrongly installed/knackered bearing I guess.
Anyway,
When I do get to the stage of tightening everything up, I take the flat washer, torque to spec. (197 ft lbs?) Undo, install tapered washer and torque again to spec, then install cotter pin.
Correct?
